01 / INSTITUTION BUILDING

A shared ambition.
A permanent address.

India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida.

Dr. Kumar played a central role in taking the Expo Mart from concept to commissioning. The project brought together exporters and institutional stakeholders around a practical need: a permanent base for exhibiting, sourcing and doing business.

The BIMTECH case study explores how shared ownership, trust and stakeholder involvement helped move the project forward. IEML was incorporated in 2001 and the venue was inaugurated in 2006.
